The front wheels are driven by a 1.0-liter TSI gasoline engine with 115 hp or a 1.5 TSI with 150 hp, with power transmission provided by a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG automatic. Alternatively, the 3-cylinder engine can also be ordered as a 1.0 G-TEC. This then runs on gasoline or natural gas, thus emitting even less CO2. The natural gas version produces 90 hp and is only available with a manual transmission.
