Together with the parent company, Subaru Schweiz AG operates a comprehensive training program. The aim of the STEP (Subaru Technical Education Program) is to promote specialist knowledge for workshop personnel at the appropriate level. With the first test, the mechanic reaches the level of Subaru Premium Technican. In the following year, he proves himself as a Subaru Senior Technican and completes the training with the demanding Subaru Master Technican exam. The coveted diploma was presented to 36 specialists at the diploma ceremony.
