In recent years, the event has attracted up to 350 participating vehicles as well as an enthusiastic audience. This year, visitors will again be offered an attractive supporting program. For example, the favorites can once again be chosen in seven categories. In addition, visitors can put their skills to the test on a custom-built driving simulator. This sets new standards in the driving experience and makes recreational racers beat faster. The all-round package also includes a tattoo studio.
Ford GT Replica with 550 hp from MSW Aviation
One of the highlights will be a very special vehicle: a Ford GT Replica. The company MSW Aviation has invested about 7000 working hours in this vehicle, which is made entirely of carbon fiber. The supporting chassis of the 7.2 liter V8 with 550 hp weighs just 65 kilos. The total weight is 930 kilos. Of course, the latest models such as Fiesta ST or the Ford Focus, which is about to be launched, will not be missing.
The event traditionally takes place on the premises of Ford Garage E. Geissmann AG in Wohlen. The schedule of "Ford trifft sich Vol. 7": 10 a.m. opening, from 1 p.m. evaluation of the vehicles by the jury, 3 p.m. award ceremony and 4 p.m. closing of the meeting.
