The award of the "Gold Pin" requires exceptional performance. Volkswagen employees must make a significant contribution to the outstanding performance of their company in new car sales or service business and also impress with their high level of customer orientation. They are also characterized by a particularly high level of commitment to the Volkswagen brand and maintain an excellent working relationship with the importer or directly with the manufacturing plant. Eight Swiss Volkswagen employees met the strict criteria this year and received the award, which is presented by Volkswagen AG together with Volkswagen Switzerland.
