Correct pressure important for rolling resistance
A decisive factor for energy-efficient driving is the correct tire pressure. The Tire Pressure Optimization Program (ROP) of the Swiss Garages Association aims to ensure that as many vehicles as possible are on the road with a tire pressure that is 0.3 bar higher than the manufacturer's specifications. This reduces rolling resistance, which has a positive effect on fuel consumption without compromising comfort.
