WOMEN'S POWER No stone was left unturned. Over 130 female executives met in the workshop of the Binelli Group (BMW and Mini) in Zurich for the 42nd Bar Talk on the topic "Always Online?!". On the podium with initiator and editor-in-chief Sandra-Stella Triebl: Professor Dr. Kristina Shea, ETH Professor of Engineering Design and Computing in Mechanical and Processing Engineering, who is also influencing the automotive industry with the results of groundbreaking 3D and 4D printing experiments. Anne-Thérèse Morel, who as Head of Data and Applications is responsible for internal IT support at communications giant Swisscom. And Tanja Vainio, Country Managing Director ABB, now responsible for the Czech Republic, has been a driving force in the field of digital technologies for years.

Rows of chairs and high tables instead of lifting platforms
Binelli Group CMO Katrina Wenger was delighted to be able to welcome so many women to the workshop, where the lifting platforms had been pushed aside and a stage, rows of chairs and bar tables had been set up for an aperitif instead. An anthracite-colored i8 shone in the center of the room, which had to serve for one or the other photo, but the ladies present missed Minis, for many a dream car.

Exchanging ideas in an unusual atmosphere
The almost entirely male Binelli Group sales crew in attendance, including Pascal Hauser, Head of Sales at the Binelli Group, and Rolf Schürpf, Head of After Sales at the Binelli Group, initially said to be somewhat intimidated by so much female power, but the longer they were present, the more they dared to take part in the discussions. Conclusion: An evening in an unusual atmosphere and an extra logistical achievement by the hosts, who had to move quite a lot of precious metal from A to B to make room for such an event. Bar Talks is a series of events organized by the business women's network platform Swiss Ladies Drive, which invites business women to a selected topic at irregular intervals.
