Since its European debut at the end of 2016, the Ford KA+, which is very spacious for its dimensions, has underscored its reputation as a well-equipped, fuel-efficient and fun-to-drive small car with a particularly attractive price/performance ratio.
In the future, standard equipment on all new Ford KA+ will include features such as power windows in the front, central locking with remote control, power-adjustable exterior mirrors, hill-start assist, speed limiter and the clever Ford Easy Fuel refueling system - which prevents the car from being accidentally filled with the wrong type of fuel.
Six airbags also ensure a high level of protection, as do the electronic safety and stability program and the TPMS tire pressure monitoring system.
The new KA+ also sets special visual accents. The trapezoidal radiator grille - a characteristic feature of Ford's current model series - moved higher and the large main headlights extend deeper into the flank. The upper radiator grille in the front apron has now been given a honeycomb design and chrome decor (not "Active").
Fog lights and daytime running lights are standard equipment in all four trim levels, and they are framed by striking C-shaped elements - a stylistic device that is repeated on the outer sides of the rear apron, which has also been modified.

Ford KA+ Active - second member of a new model family
From now on, the new KA+ Active will have a particularly distinctive look as an active SUV. Alongside the Fiesta Active, which is expected to hit dealerships in May, it is the second member of a new model family from Ford.
A new gasoline engine with three cylinders and 1.2-liter displacement and, for the first time, a modern, 1.5-liter TDCi turbodiesel round out the regular revision of the Ford KA+. The new Ford KA+ is now available in four equipment variants: "Trend", "Cool & Connect", "Black & White" and "Active".
