JAGUAR The British want to know it with the goodwill of their Indian owners and are putting their foot down at the end of the year. Station wagons are not a success in England. But the British can't do without the rest of Europe. In Switzerland in particular, an important foreign market for Jaguar, enthusiasm for station wagons continues unabated, especially in the upmarket segment. So now it's time for a sedan with an extended load compartment. Sportbrake is the name of this version of the Jaguar XF. Benin or diesel engines are available with up to 300 hp. The almost five-meter-long van is available from 53,900 Swiss francs. There won't always be passengers on the back seat anyway, but rather the backrests of the bench seat are folded down and then increase the cargo space from 565 to up to 1700 liters in volume.

The Sportbrake easily tows 2000 kilograms
The XF Sportbrake is not a deceptive package in functional terms either; it shines with typical virtues. The all-wheel-drive versions in particular can tow an impressive 2000 kilograms. To keep the car level, all versions have air suspension on the rear axle, which ensures perfect level compensation when towing. That's the way it has to be if you want to be successful in Switzerland.
