Already tradition
The Family Business Award is being presented for the sixth time this year. AMAG established the award in honor of its founder and patron Walter Haefner, who has always championed a genuine and lived corporate culture. The award is given to particularly responsible and entrepreneurially sustainable Swiss family businesses. At the award ceremony in the Kursaal Bern, the winner will be chosen in front of around 250 representatives from politics and business.
Three finalists
The following three family-owned companies have been nominated as finalists this year after a selection process by a top-class jury from more than 80 interested parties: Ramseier Holding AG, 3020 Bern; Jucker Farm AG, 8607 Seegräben as well as Röthlisberger Schreinerei AG, 3073 Gümligen.
Previous award winners
So far, the prize has been awarded to the following family businesses: FRAISA SA (2016), Wyon AG (2015), Entreprises et Domaines Rouvinez (2014), SIGA Holding AG (2013) and Trisa AG (2012).
