Among other things, the radiator grille, the headlight units and the lower spoiler area at the front of the body have been given a sportier look. Larger cooling air inlets now ensure even better engine thermals.
Better light
In the headlights, LED technology is now also used for the dipped headlights and daytime running lights. The headlight units have now been upgraded with active cornering lights.
Better brakes
Also new are 18-inch brake discs at the front and rear (17-inch on the predecessor). All are internally ventilated and have ventilation holes. The new 6-piston Brembo brake callipers in bright yellow at the front ensure optimum deceleration. Thanks to the larger brake system, the pad pressure area has been increased by 20 percent at the front and 50 percent at the rear, according to the supplier.
Better chassis
The suspension has also been revised to improve handling and ride comfort. The WRX STI now rolls on forged 19-inch aluminum wheels. The "Driver's Control Center Differential" (DCCD), already familiar from the previous model, with which the driver can individually adjust the characteristics of the center differential to the road conditions, has also been optimized.

The new WRX STI is now on sale in Switzerland. The following three models are available: 2.5T WRX STI Swiss (44,950 Swiss francs), 2.5T WRX STI Luxury (54,560 Swiss francs) and 2.5T WRX STI Recaro at 55,940 Swiss francs.
