At 3597 millimeters long, 1645 millimeters wide and 1478 millimeters high (five-door model), it is one of the most compact yet spacious vehicles in its segment. Three equipment variants are available: Active, Ambition, Style. There is also the special Monte Carlo model. The redesigned front end includes a new hood, a modified bumper, modified fog lights and a redesigned radiator grille.
Modern lighting units
Characteristic of the rear end are the dark-tinted taillights from the Ambition equipment line upward. In the Style and Ambition equipment lines, the vehicle roof and the housings of the exterior mirrors are available in white or black as an option (not available for the Sunflower Yellow and Dark Sapphire Blue body colors).
Colorful and spacious
For the body paintwork, the luminous solid color Kiwi Green replaces the metallic color Spring Green. The vehicle offers a trunk volume of 251 liters; with the rear seat folded down, the trunk volume of the three-door model grows to 951 liters and that of the five-door model to 959 liters. The instrument cluster with speed indicator, tachometer and fuel gauge has a new design and is available in two different versions.
Engine selection
Three-cylinder engines are used. The transversely mounted engines produce 44 kW/60 hp, 50 kW/68 hp (natural gas version) and 55 kW/75 hp and drive the front wheels. The 1.0-liter unit meets the EU-6 emissions standard. The natural gas variant gets by on just 2.9 kg of natural gas per 100 kilometers and emits only 82 g CO2/km (factory specification), thus achieving the best value A in the energy efficiency class. The new Citigo is available from 11,530 Swiss francs.
